Oscar 2010 Fashion

Ok, if this year's Oscars had the most random movie nominations we have seen for a while, it's been a while since it's been this interesting in fashion. Some bold choices set fire to the show this year and I was glad to see it.

Sandy Bullock in Marchesa. Ok, I think if you are going to win an oscar, this is how you want to look. She looks beatiful, but it almost came off as safe compared to the choices of others this year.




SJP in Chanel Houte Couture. A lovely choice for her I thought. This messy hair thing was definitely a thing for the oscars this year too.

I think somebody is trying to bring flyaways back.






























Demi Moore in Atelier Versace and Elizabeth Banks in Versace. Both of these choices were gorgeous. The expanding ruffles with the asymmetry and revealing slit up the front was just about the most mesmerizing and unexpected trend this year. These two did it impeccably, but there was one who just couldn't be reckoned with, who I will get to later.
