Accessories by Aimee

As you may or may not have heard me mention, my lovely sister designs and handmakes eclectic jewelry and funky accessories. She packages beautifully too (see above), so they make for perfectly unique gifts. Here is a little showcase of some of her pieces...

These earrings are really a beautiful color. I'm always surprised by how well purple can function as a statement color or neutral. The deep amethyst hue of these earrings look fantastic against a black outfit or blend seamlessly with lots of wild prints. They're not heavy to wear and compliment any eye color.

The rustic floral pattern on these along with the tassels give them a great vintage Romantic feel. Worn best with a slightly bohemian inspired outfit.

I love the burned mustard color of the cloth layers as juxtaposed to the pearl that envelops them on each side. They look great with a navy blue or charcoal top.

I love asymmetrical necklaces and Aimee makes some with beautiful details like the one above.
A big detail like the flower adds a punch to any ensemble.

Long tasseled scarf perfect for a casual Saturday

She also does her own patterns and stamping like on this darling little number.
It's also nice to wear a scarf that you don't have to constantly worry about draping ever so perfectly. All of her pieces are very low-fuss without sacrificing the cute factor.

This one could also be worn as a headband or head piece of some sort. Always fun to have pieces you can wear in different ways and make your own!

If you would like to contact her about designing something for you, she is available and taking orders. Her email address is elmeraimee@gmail.com. She will personalize anything to your tastes and style and loves working with different looks and perspectives.

Like so many others out there, I think Aimee and I both love to create.
